2025 Call for Nominations for Board of Directors
The Annual Meeting of Coastline Federal Credit Union will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at 4651 Emerson Street, Jacksonville, FL 32207. The Nominating Committee will present a slate of nominees to fill all Board of Director vacancies for the term beginning 2025.
Eligibility requirements to be nominated: For any member to run for an elected office of the credit union, that member must comply with all bylaws and regulations governing the credit union including but not limited to the following:
- A member proposed to hold office must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- In good standing with the credit union (good standing is defined as being current on all obligations, eligible for loans, share drafts and all controlled services that are offered by the credit union).
- Be willing to serve the entire three (3) year term.
- Incumbents can be re-nominated.
